Delivery Policy

Upon receipt of an accepted order, Equinox will establish whether the goods are in stock. Orders can be accepted by telephone, fax or e-mail.

In stock.

Orders confirmed before 1pm will be shipped the same working day, provided cleared funds have been received unless credit facilities have been agreed previously. 

(Shipments will not be made on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank holidays).

Awaiting stock to become available.

If the goods are not immediately available, a revised anticipated despatch time will be sent by e-mail.

The goods will be shipped immediately once they become available.

No payment will be taken until the goods are despatched. 

You have the right to cancel the order by fax or e-mail at any time up to despatch. 

Partial Shipments

An order will only be shipped when all goods are available. You may request partial shipment; this will incur additional shipping charges.

Shipment Confirmation.

All customers will receive notification by e-mail when the goods are despatched, including details of how to track the order.

Non-delivery.

In the unlikely event of proven non-delivery, we will happily replace the item or offer a refund.
