The document describes the new functionality, features and device support in this version of the
ISP-PRO Version 4 software application.

This release of ISP-PRO has been developed under Windows Vista and should be compatible with the following versions of Windows:

Please note:
We have tested this release on Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 10. It has been installed but not fully tested on Windows 7 (64-bit version). If you have any problems with either the installation or operation of ISP-PRO on this version of Windows, please contact Equinox Technical Support and we will be more than happy to help debug the problem for you.

Please note:
The Equinox EPSILON5, FS2003 and FS2009 programmes are no longer supported by ISP-PRO.
‘ISP-PRO Version 4’ is a completely new version of ISP-PRO which replaces the existing ’ISP-PRO Version 3’ software. This version has been completely rewritten and offers much faster programming due to enhanced communications drivers and optimised multi-programmer scanning algorithms. This version also introduces support for the new range of Equinox multiplexer ISP programmers – the ISPnano-MUX2, ISPnano-MUX4 and ISPnano-MUX8.
‘ISP-PRO Version 4 ’ is a completely new version of ISP-PRO which replaces the existing ’ISP-PRO Version3’. If you already have ‘Version 3’ running on a PC and you wish to upgrade to ‘Version 4’, please contact Equinox to purchase the relevant upgrade license.
Important note:
‘ISP-PRO Version 4’ requires a ‘License upgrade’ to be purchased from Equinox and then installed on all programmers which are to run this new version.

Instructions to install the new version of ISP-PRO…..
- If you already have an earlier version of ISP-PRO installed, uninstall this older version by selecting Program Files à Equinox à Uninstall ISP-PRO-V3
- Launch the install for the new ISP-PRO Version 4
- The new version of ISP-PRO will be installed into a new folder /equinox/ISPPROV4..
To run the new version of ISP-PRO….
- Double-click the ISP-PRO icon or select Start à Programs à Equinox à ISP-PRO V4
It was found that the previous algorithm could produce duplicate keys across multiple PCs.
To fix this problem, this version of ISP-PRO introduces a completely new 'Z-Wave S2 key generation' algorithm.

This version of ISP-PRO introduces a finalised version of our new 'Database Analyser' utility. This utility can be used to search the ISP-PRO interface database for the results of all programming operations.
This version of ISP-PRO introduces a finalised version of our new Z-Wave 'QRcode decoder' utility. This utility has been developed to be able to read / decode any Z-Wave 'SmartStart label'.
It decodes the scanned QR code into its component data allowing the label to be checked for any issues.
This version of ISP-PRO introduces enhanced functionality for the 'Production Control File.
