The ‘AVRISP’ is a low-cost in-system programmer (ISP) supporting the Atmel AVR FLASH Microcontroller Family. The programmer plugs into the user Target System via a 6 or 10-pin (Atmel pin-out) ISP header and draws its power from the target. The Atmel ‘AVR Studio’ application is used to control the programmer via a spare PC COM (serial) port. |

This programmer programs at half the speed of the Atmel STK500. |

- Powers from Target System (2.7-5.5V - no external power supply required)
- Connects to spare PC COM (serial) port
- Supplied with both Atmel 6-way and 10-way ISP cables ( compatible with Atmel 10-way ISP Header )
- Programming speed is half the speed of the STK500
