This Programming Adaptor is designed to convert any 8 to 16-pin SOP / SOIC package device into the corresponding 8 to 16-pin Dual-in-Line (DIL) package suitable for inserting into the ZIF socket of a Parallel Programmer.

This adaptor is a 'Programming Adaptor' and is only suitable for use with a Xeltek Device Programmer.

This adaptor is suitable for the following package SOP / SOIC types:

• SOP / SOIC 8 - converts to 16 DIL pins on underside (8 DIL pins not used for 8-pin Target Chip)
• SOP / SOIC 14 - converts to 16 DIL pins on underside (2 DIL pins not used for 14-pin Target Chip)
• SOP / SOIC 16 - converts to 16 DIL pins on underside (connected pin-to-pin)
