The S12XTB/STD T-Board is a versatile Microcontroller Evaluation and Training Module for the Freescale MC9S12XDP512 microcontroller. The board features a surface mount version of the MC9S12XDP512 processor with all I/O pins brought out to headers allowing for easy connection to external user peripherals. There are also a number of handy on-board peripherals including 8-way LED port, PWM Demo, RS232 port etc.
The module does NOT come with any Monitor Software. An external programmer is therefore required to program the chip. The kit includes Module, RS232 Cable, Manual and CD-ROM. |

S12X Additional features |

S12X is the name of the latest top-branch of Freescale's 16-bit microcontroller family. Derived from the current HCS12-line (which will be continued and offered in parallel by Freescale), the S12X delivers additional performance for demanding applications, e.g. for the automotive area.
The additional features of the S12X family include:
