ATE / ICT Relay Isolation Module for PPM3-MK2 and PPM4-MK1 Programmers

The I/O Connector Module 11 is a 'Relay Isolation Module' for either the PPM3-MK2 or PPM4-MK1 programmer. This module is designed to be used when the programmer is to be integrated into a Test Fixture and an external ATE system also needs to control the same 'programming pins' as the programmer. All programmer I/O and power signals can be isolated from the Target System / ATE allowing the programmer to be taken completely out of circuit during ATE or functional testing.

Using the I/O Connector Module 11, it is possible to interface either the PPM3-MK2 or PPM4-MK1 programmer to any In-circuit Tester (ICT) or functional test systems (ATEs) including Agilent, Genrad, Teradyne, SPEA and TRI. The programmer features specially developed firmware which counts the number of activations of the relay coils and warns when the relays need to be replaced.
