The Sollae CSE-M53 is a compact PCB mounting module which allows embedded Ethernet connectivity to be added to an existing customer product. The module interfaces with any TTL / RS232 / RS422 / RS485 UART port on the product and so can be controlled by any suitable microcontroller.
The Sollae CSE-M53 can be used to network legacy serial sensors in a system via an Ethernet network. This can be used to extend the range of these sensors and also allows multiple network topolgies via Ethernet connectivity. |
