Programming Adaptor: PLCC-44 to DIL-40 |

This programming adaptor converts a 44-pin PLCC (J-leaded) pin-out device to a 40-pin dual-in-line pin-out. This adaptor is suitable for plugging into the dual-in-line ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) Socket of a suitable Parallel Programmer. The Target Device is inserted in the top of the adaptor and is secured in place by mechanica pressure on the pins of the device. The device is released from the adaptor by pushing the body of the adaptor downwards.
This adaptor is suitable for development and low-volume production use only. For high-volume production use, please use a more robust 'clam-shell' type adaptor. |
