Equinox design and manufacture a range of quality off-the-shelf ‘Programming fixtures’ for use in low to medium throughput production environments. Each fixture can be individually customised to support programming of the specific programmable microcontroller or serial memory device(s) located on the customer Target Board (DUT).

An Equinox ‘ISPnano Series IV ATE’ production ISP programmer is integrated within each fixture. All the connections between the programmer and the probe-pins which make contact with the DUT are pre-wired for the chosen programming interface e.g. SPI, JTAG, I2C, PDI, TPI etc. Quality mechanics and bed-of-nails probe-pins ensures reliable programming every time.
