The Equinox ‘ISPnano’ range of programmers offers a scalable production In-System Programming (ISP) solution for Sigma Designs Z-Wave® 500 Series SOC devices and modules.

The programmers are designed for high-throughput production use. The ‘ISPnano’ range includes single channel, multiplexed and gang (concurrent) programming systems catering for single Target Boards or multiple Target Boards on a PCB panel.

Main features
  • High-speed programming of all Sigma Designs 'Z-Wave Next Gen System-on-Chip (SOC's) and modules' (based on new 500 series devices)
  • Supports programming of on-chip FLASH, NVR area and Lock Bits
  • Supports both SPI and UART programming interfaces
  • Very accurate Programmer controlled Target Power Supply (1.8 - 5.0V)
  • Programmer controlled Target 'Discharge Circuit' to discharge the target system before disconnection.
  • Comprehensive ESD and over-voltage protection on all programmer I/O pins

Important notes: 

  • The ISPnano Series 3, Series S3 ATE, Series 4 ATE and GANG programmers require a 'Device Library' per programmer channel.
  • The ISPnano-MUX programming systems only require one license per programmer.
